If you would like to publicly remember loved ones, please submit their names by emailing them to yizkor@chochmat.org. Please email in advance of Yom Kippur (preferably by September 19). You may also make a donation to Chochmat in memory of loved ones who have passed away. This year, we are compiling a special Yizkor prayer service booklet and are requesting contributions of $36 or more to print names in the book. Please fill out the Yizkor information section by downloading the ticket reservation form, and returning it to Chochmat along with your donation. |
On Yom Kippur, we honor and remember our loved ones who are no longer with us.
The Yizkor Memorial Service will take place on Yom Kippur afternoon and will be open to the entire community.
